Reservation Policy:

To confirm your reservation you have to deposit in advance the 25% of the total cost of the stay in the following bank account:

Charging policy: 

  • All prices are in Euro/per room/ per night and all taxes are included.
  • The settlement takes place on the last day.
  • You can check in as well as check out at 12.00 in the noon.
  • If the departure takes place from 12.30 to 18.30, then half the day is charged.
  • As far as the stay of a person older than 3 years of age is concerned, there is an extra charge of 10% on the room’s price per day.
  • Credit cards are acceptable (Visa – MasterCard- American Express).

Cancellation Policy:

If the cancellation takes place:

  • Up to 21 days before the arrival date the prepaid amount is refunded.
  • 7 to 20 days before the arrival date the prepaid amount is retained.
  • 1 to 6 days before the arrival date, the 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
  • In case that the client does not show up or departs before the scheduled date, he is charged with the total cost of the stay.
