Reservation Policy:

To confirm your reservation you have to deposit in advance the 25% of the total cost of the stay in the following bank account:

Charging policy:

All prices are in Euro/per room/ per night and all taxes are included.
The settlement takes place on the last day.
You can check in as well as check out at 12.00 in the noon.
If the departure takes place from 12.30 to 18.30, then half the day is charged.
As far as the stay of a person older than 3 years of age is concerned, there is an extra charge of 10% on the room’s price per day.
Credit cards are acceptable (Visa – MasterCard- American Express).

Cancellation Policy:

If the cancellation takes place:

Up to 21 days before the arrival date the prepaid amount is refunded.
7 to 20 days before the arrival date the prepaid amount is retained.
1 to 6 days before the arrival date, the 50% of the total cost of the stay is charged.
In case that the client does not show up or departs before the scheduled date, he is charged with the total cost of the stay.
